Heins, of Team IMPACT, to Sign Letter of Intent on Saturday, April 22

NORTON, Mass. – The Wheaton College field hockey program will officially welcome Savanna Heins to team on Saturday, April 22 at halftime of the men's lacrosse game.

Savanna, who hails from Attleboro, Mass., will sign her letter of intent to be a part of the Wheaton field hockey team through Team IMPACT (Inspire, Motivate, Play Against Challenges, Together), a New England based nonprofit that aims at improving the quality of life for kids facing life-threatening illnesses and chronic illnesses through the power of team.

Savanna will be joined by her parents Bill and Lisa, as well as sister LeighAnne, who is currently a sophomore at Wheaton. Also joining Savanna as she makes her commitment to being the best Lyon she can be will be team impact liasion Elizabeth Higgins and Wheaton team liaison Jordan Brazis-Eberle

Family, friends and supporters of Wheaton and the Wheaton field hockey team are invited to help officially welcome Savanna to the Wheaton College community.
