THE RUNDOWN:  

  • Babson captured a 3-0 lead in the first half with two goals from Chris Czarnecki and one from Noah Parker. 
  • Senior Amara Sesay netted his team-leading 14th goal of the season right before halftime, cutting the Lyon deficit to two. Adam Waks and Neil Fitzgerald each picked up an assist on the goal after Wheaton took a short corner that was poked in by Sesay. 
  • The Beavers tacked on two more goals before the end of the contest. 
  • Patrick Byrnes and Erik Wisniewski both saw time in goal for Wheaton with Wisniewski being credited with the loss after making three saves.
