NATIONALS: Swimming Concludes Day One of NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Wheaton College swimming program opened day one of the 2018 NCAA Division III Swimming Championships on Wednesday with Lydia DaCorteJonathan Dunnett, and Jacob Cost taking to the pool. 

DeCorte finished 17th in the preliminaries of the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:59.81.

Dunnett finished the preliminaries of the 200-yard individual medley with a career-best time of 1:58.25. 

Cost finished the 50-yard free preliminaries in 21.43. 

Wheaton returns to the pool on Thursday, March 22 with DaCorte and Jenna Hayden competing in the 200-yard free, while the women's 400-yard medley relay team will also compete.
