NATIONALS: Women's 800 Free Relay Breaks School Record

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Wheaton College women's swimming programs 800 relay team of Aleza EpsteinLydia DaCorteCaitlin DaleyJenna Hayden finished in a new school recrod time of 7:34.29. 

Jacob Cost concluded the finals of the 100 backstroke in 14th place with a time of 29:79. 

Hayden finished the 100 back just out of First-Team All-American honors, taking ninth with a time of 54.99. The time is a new school record for Hayden, who already held the school record in the event. 

Jonathan Dunnett took 11th place in the 100 breast finals with a time of 55.55. 

Athletes who finish 1-8 earn All-American First-Team honors, while athletes who finish 9-16 earn honorable mention nods. 

Wheaton returns to the final day of the NCAA Championships on Saturday, March 24 with Hayden, Cost, Erin Kean, Dunnett, DaCorte and the women's 400 free relay team all taking to the pool.
