NORTON, Mass. – Wheaton College men's tennis freshmen Jonah Feit (Los Angeles, Calif./Milken Community) and Will White (Nantucket, Mass./Cape Cod Academy) have both earned New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-Conference accolades.
Feit and White were both named to the All-Conference singles team and were also chosen as one of four doubles teams to represent the conference on the list.
Feit went 12-7 overall, 10-6 at No.1 singles (3-2 NEWMAC) this season for the Lyons. Feit, who was named the NEWMAC Singles Player of the Week twice, defeated one regionally ranked opponent from MIT and won his first two matches to open up his career at the College. In league action that week, White battled back from a 2-6 deficit versus Coast Guard to win the deciding singles game of the match in a 5-4 victory over the Bears.
The duo went 8-9 overall in doubles play including an 8-8 record at No.1. Feit and White were selected as the NEWMAC Doubles Team of the Week twice during the season for their efforts.
