Men's Cross Country Concludes NE Regional Championship

LOCATION: Gorham, Maine (Southern Maine)

THE RUNDOWN:  

  • Wheaton was paced by first-year Jack Muldoon who finished in 27:37.7.
  • The next Lyon to cross the finish line was sophomore Luke Thombs, who concluded the race in 28:04.3. The time is Thombs best of the regional championship. 
  • Senior Josh Alabre posted his best time of the season in his final New England Division III Regional Championship, being the third Wheaton runner to cross the finish line with a time of 28:19.8. 
  • First-year Will Entwisle was the fourth runner to finish for the Lyons (29.15.6), while senior Braden Marstaller rounded out the top-five. 

UP NEXT: The final race of the season is the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship which will be hosted on Saturday, Nov. 18 in Principia, Illinois.
