Megan O’Brien begins her first season as an assistant coach for the women’s lacrosse team in 2012.

A four-year member of New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) foe Springfield College women’s lacrosse team, O’Brien was a Second Team All-NEWMAC selection as a junior in 2010 and a First Team All-NEWMAC pick as a senior captain in 2011. A Dean’s List student all four years, O’Brien earned NEWMAC Academic All-Conference honors in 2010 and 2011.

O’Brien has previous coaching experience at Peak Lacrosse Camp (July 2010). She also completed a student internship at Attain Therapy & Fitness, where she planned and executed on-going fitness classes and developed fitness programs for adults, seniors, and children.

O’Brien graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor of science in applied exercise science with a minor in business management.
