"Strong" by Zumba:

Perfect for fitness enthusiasts and students looking for a more
challenging, high intensity interval training workout. With most
workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG
by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression
that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience
like no other! Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class
will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster.
Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and
definition, and experience an increased after burn. Let it sync in. Please bring
a towel and water bottle to class. Mats will be provided for the floor work portion
of class for those who don't have mats.  

Cardio Hip Hop:
A heart-pumping cardio dance party that's a full body workout! If you're looking for
something that's fun, easy to follow and gets your heart pumping yet tones and burns
calories, too...then this is the perfect choice for you!! Please bring a water bottle, towel
and the willingness to have a blast to class! 

Cardio Kick Boxing:
Take your workout to a new level! Cardio Kick is an energetic, easy to follow interval based class
that combines aerobics, kickboxing, dance and other elements of fitness into a single workout!!
You'll burn calories, strengthen your muscles, and reshape your body. Class ends with a mind/body
cool-down and stretch. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class. Mats will be provided for the
floor work portion of class. 

Laughter Yoga:
Laughter Yoga is a fun and unique form of exercise that combines traditional yogic
breathing with laughter exercise to leave you feeling happy and relaxed. It is based on
the scientific fact that laughter releases endorphin's in your brain that make you feel happy
and act as a natural stress reliever. 

Build a strong body, mind and spirit through yoga. This class incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises and a focused mind to improve balance and flexibility. Tone the body and tune the mind. Learn calmness,  focus energy and regain inner peace while improving physical strength. This class will move your whole body  through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Belly Dancing:
An art of movement from the far East, Belly Dancing is fun to learn! Instructor will teach and lead
practice in individual moves, teaching terminology and steps.
