Field Hockey Earns NFHCA National Academic Team Honors; 15 Named to NFHCA National Academic Squad

GILBERT, Ariz. - The Wheaton College field hockey team earned 2018 Zag Field Hockey / NFHCA Division III National Academic Team Award honors as announced by the organization this week. The Lyons were one of 131 programs to earn the honor, which is presented to programs that earn a team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the fall semester of the 2018-19 academic year. [FULL LIST]

Wheaton also had 15 athletes named to the 2018 Zag Field Hockey / NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad. The list recognizes student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher through the first semester of the 2018-19 academic year.
