NORTON, Mass. – Wheaton College senior forward Abbie Brickley (Sandy, Utah/Skyline) has been selected as the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Co-Player of the Week, it was announced earlier today by the league office. Brickley shares the honor with Salem State University senior guard Rachael Carter.

Against Babson in the Lyons' regular season finale, Brickley helped the Blue and White secure the No. 2 seed in the upcoming NEWMAC Tournament by scoring 31 points and hauling in six rebounds. Brickley has now scored 30 or more points in four games this season for the Lyons, two of which have come in conference games.

On the season, Brickley is averaging 19.2 points, 8.7 rebounds and a 55.7 field goal percentage. Brickley ranks first in the conference points per game, second in field goal percentage and sixth in rebounds per game.
