Kiley Shoemaker '16 is in her first season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Wheaton College women’s basketball program in 2017-18.
As a four-year member of the Wheaton women's basketball program, Shoemaker served as captain her senior year, graduating with a psychology degree. During her time at Wheaton Shoemaker was named to the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-Conference first team twice (2013-14, 2015-16), while making the second-team once (2014-15). Shoemaker concluded her stellar four-year career competing in 105 games at Wheaton and is ranked fourth all-time in points (1,356), fifth in field goals made (519), seventh in field goal percentage (.474), second in free-throws made (309), first in free-throw percentage (.847), first in rebounds (943) and first in blocks (284)
Following graduation Shoemaker played professionally in Germany for Gruner Stern Keltern's second division team in the Damen Basketball Bundesliga as a forward/post.
