  • The Wheaton College women's tennis team returned to action Saturday afternoon falling 9-0 in a non-conference contest against the Brandeis Judges. 
  • The Lyons fell behind 3-0 after doubles but earned solid performances in singles. 
  • Ines de Bracamonte fell behind after the opening set but fought for every point in the second set against Diana Denterevich. After several back and forths, it was Benterevich who came out on top, winning the second set 7-6. 
  • Isabelle Garvanne fell in the No. 2 spot 6-2, 6-3 while Miriam Galindo Cerrada dropped her match 6-2, 6-2. 

UP NEXT: Wheaton returns to action on Sunday, March 24 for a 1 p.m. home contest against Colby-Sawyer.
