Volleyball Earns Come From Behind Win Over Simmons

NORTON, Mass. - Simmons (11-6) took an early one set lead over the Wheaton College volleyball team (14-8), but the Lyons rallied back, taking the final three sets to earn a 3-1 (11-25, 25-23, 25-22, 25-16) victory Thursday night in non-conference action. 

Wheaton got 14 kills from Julia Palomba, while both Bailey Madrzyk and Casey Dinga finished with 11. Becca Houghton collected 34 assists to go with three kills and three service aces. Adara Hamilton ended the night with 18 digs, while Ariana Rajaee had 16, Palomba finished with 15, and Houghton pulled up 12. Houghton also finished the night with seven blocks, while Kyra Mattera had six.
